4. Membership Payment
New Members: When joining the AFA Society of Washington DC, dues may be paid for up to two year's membership. If joining for one year, dues are $25, and if joining for two years dues are $45. Membership expiration date will be one or two calendar years from the last day of the date that application is made.
For a new membership, print this form and then click on the
submit button to electronically record your information. Finally, mail the
printed form with a check to the above address. Once your check has clear, you'll be
contacted via Email that your membership has be activated.
