4. Membership Payment
New Members: Dues are pro-rated for the first year as follows: Apr-Sep: $25; Oct-Nov: $20; Dec-Jan: $15; and Feb-Mar: $10. The second year's membership due is $25.

For a new membership, print this form and then click on the submit button to electronically record your information. Finally, mail the printed form with a check to the above address. Once your check has clear, you'll be contacted via Email that your membership has be activated.
